I propose to take Questions Nos. 192, 193 and 194 together.
The required information relating to infant mortality, mortality rates from cancer and circulatory disease, and to the number of doctors per 1,000 population is given in the following table. Figures in brackets indicate the most recent year for which data is available. In relation to cancer, circulatory disease, and total mortality the figures given are age standardised death rates per 100,000 population based on a standard European population. To maintain comparability with the other OECD countries these rates for Ireland have not been updated.
