The latest year in respect of which full payments have been made under the European Social Fund and allocated to the various training agencies in the health sector in this country was 1986; the 1986 claim was £16,171 million on behalf of the handicapped. The use of ESF moneys, that is whether they should go to the health budgets or not, is a matter for each of the member states and I do not have the information requested by the Deputy so far as other member states are concerned.
