The National Association for Youth Drama, to which the National Youth Theatre is affiliated, have received a grant of £14,400 from my Department this year under the youth service grant scheme. Any further application for funding at this stage can only be considered in the context of the allocation of funds to youth organisations for 1989, when NAYD will be given fullest consideration.
