All grants under the scheme of grants to voluntary bodies in the social services area are allocated on a health board basis in consultation with the health boards. Grants amounting to £93,220 have been allocated to projects in the Southern Health Board area, £74,220 of which was allocated to projects in Cork. None of these projects were situated in south-west Cork.
