The person named has been deemed ineligible for 1987 EC suckler cow premium because his off-farm income exceeded his on-farm income for the income tax year ended 5 April 1987.
He has appealed this decision, however, and has been requested to forward documentary evidence to support his claim that he was unemployed in 1987. When he does so, his eligibility for premium will be reconsidered.
