asked the Minister for Labour the number of people employed on community enterprise programmes and graduate placement programmes for the period January to June 1988; and the cost involved.

asked the Minister for Labour the number of people employed on Teamwork schemes; and the cost involved for the period January to June 1988.

asked the Minister for Labour the number of people employed on the work experience programme and the employment incentive scheme for the period January to June 1988; and the cost involved.

asked the Minister for Labour the number of people employed on the enterprise allowances schemes for the period from January to June 1988; and the cost involved.

asked the Minister for Labour the number of people on social employment schemes; and the cost involved for the period from January to June 1988.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 7, 16, 20, 22 and 34 together.

Average participation levels, the numbers who left the scheme and the costs incurred for the first six months of 1988 are set out in the following tabular statement which is being circulated in the Official Report:
