I presume the Deputy is referring to the St. Michael's Community Centre (Oblate Fathers) project for which an amenity grant of £10,000 was sought from my Department.
The funds available to me for the 1988 amenity grants scheme have been allocated. I cannot say at this stage whether national lottery funds will be available for the scheme in 1989. The project, together with all other projects brought to my attention, will be considered for grant assistance in the event of such funds being made available.
