Vol. 386 No. 7

Written Answers. - County Donegal Turbary Rights.

65.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he has received any communication from Donegal County Council concerning turbary rights held by the Land Commission in relation to land which the commission has inherited from landlords, regarding which Donegal County Council understands that a decision was taken a number of years ago to waive turbary rights on such lands; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The views communicated by the Donegal County Council regarding turbary held by the Land Commission will be fully considered before proposals for the disposal of this turbary are finalised.
