The person named has made conflicting statements relating to the purchase, inspection and disposal of 200 ewes included on his application. As a result, my Department is not satisfied that the ewes were maintained for the requisite 100 days from 11 March 1988 and payment of the ewe premium has therefore been refused in this case.
