I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for registration of a transmission on death involving a subdivision. It was lodged in the Land Registry on 22 February 1988. This application has had to be associated with another similar application which was lodged on the same day.
In this particular case the Registrar of Titles found it necessary to issue a query to the applicant's solicitors on 29 November 1988. This query was replied to on 18 January 1989 but a further query was issued in the matter on 8 February 1989. The application cannot be processed further until the query has been discharged satisfactorily.
