The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that the claim for repayment has not been processed to date as there was an industrial dispute in the tax office dealing with the taxpayer's affairs. The commissioners have now overcome this problem. The claim will be dealt with as soon as possible and any repayment found to be due will then be made.
