A pension declaration form was sent to the person in question on 7 February 1989 and he was requested to complete the form and return it to the Paymaster General's Office. On receipt of the form that office will commence payment of his pension. These pensions are paid at end of each month.
The question of pay related benefit is a matter for the Department of Social Welfare.
