As I indicated in my reply to a similar question on 25 January 1989, even though my Department assumed responsibility for the harbour from the Commissioners of Public Works on 1 January 1989, it is necessary to make an order under the Fishery Harbour Centres Acts, 1968-1980 in order to provide for the legal transfer of the harbour property and administration. I expect that the order will be executed before the end of next month.
