My Department are unable to trace any application for grants under the 1987 or 1988 schemes from the person named. However, an application has been received from another person who quoted the same forestry reference number and address as the person named but he was deemed ineligible for grants under the 1987 scheme because he had afforested his lands prior to 1 October 1986 — the commencement date of the 1987 scheme.
