Vol. 387 No. 7

Written Answers. - Tax Rebate.

105.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange for the immediate payment of a tax rebate to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.

The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that the taxpayer has made no formal claim for repayment of income tax on the grounds of unemployment. The inspector of taxes has issued the appropriate claim form to her. On receipt of this form duly completed, the claim will be processed and any refund due to the taxpayer will be made to her as quickly as possible.
