The transition arrangements were examined at the time of the transfer of these amenities.The arrangements were made under the Wildlife Order, 1987, in the case of the Office of Public Works and under the Forestry Act, 1988, for Coillte Teoranta. There was no contact with the local authorities regarding these arrangements.
