asked the Taoiseach in respect of each Irish ferry port: (a) the number of passengers who used each port, (b) the number of private cars which used each port and (c) the number of articulated vehicles which used each port, for each of the past three years.

I propose to circulate a statement containing the information requested by the Deputy in so far as it is available to the Central Statistics Office. The details relate mainly to the years 1985, 1986 and 1987.
