asked the Minister for Health the total amount of money either already paid or payable by his Department to Carr Communications Limited since March 1987; the purpose and for whom the company was engaged; the expenditure to date or now owed to this company in relation to either himself or the Minister of State in his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

No money was paid or is payable to Carr Communications Limited by my Department since March 1987.

Limerick West): Since March 1987 the total cost of the various courses provided for members of staff of the Department by Carr Communications Limited for the purpose of developing communications skills, etc. was £3,520.
