Vol. 392 No. 3

Written Answers. - Beaumont, Dublin School.

155.

asked the Minister for Education the progress which has been made on the application by St. Paul's Special School, Dublin 9, for an extension; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Tenders were received some years ago for a major extension to St. Paul's special national school, Beaumont, Dublin 9, but it was not possible for the project to proceed because of the cost involved. The question of the project's proceeding on a modified basis is being considered in the context of the capital available. A decision in this regard will be conveyed to the school authorities at the earliest possible date.
