I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was initially lodged in the Land Registry on 25th April, 1989. The application was rejected on 10th May and the documents were returned to the applicant's solicitor on the same day. It was relodged on 25th May. On examination the Registrar of Titles found it necessary to raise a number of queries on the application with the applicant's solicitor, the latest of which issued on 22nd November. The application cannot be processed further until these queries have been satisfactorily discharged.
