119 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Finance if he accepts that a £2 million national lottery prize to one person is excessive; and if he will consider the introduction of a maximum prize of £0.5 million.
As the development of the national lottery's on-line game "Lotto" has been along the lines envisaged when the game was being introduced, I do not propose to issue a direction to An Post National Lottery Company to require them to change the prize structure for "Lotto".
