Michael Moynihan

Question:

199 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will investigate the withhold of part of the ewe premium payments in respect of both 1988 and 1989 in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

Ewe premium payments have not been withheld in this case. The balance of the 1988 premium was recently paid and an advance payment of the 1989 ewe premium will be made shortly.

200 Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a farm development grant will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

It is hoped to have this grant paid within the next few weeks.

201 Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if an inspection with a view to payment of a farm modernisation grant will be arranged in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

An inspection has been carried out and payment will issue as soon as possible.
