120 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Health if any formal complaint has been made against a consultant neurosurgeon in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin 9; and if any investigation into the matter has taken place or is to take place.

I am informed by Beaumont Hospital that it has received two complaints about the neuro-surgical service and these complaints are currently being investigated by the hospital.
