Question:

124 Mr. Flood asked the Minister for Education if she will make immediate arrangements for the finalisation of a lease for the Brookfield Community Centre, Dublin 22, which is located within the site of St. Aidan's Community School, which will allow for the final payment by Dublin County Council of outstanding grants to the centre concerned; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

The Chief State Solicitor has been asked to draft a lease in respect of the portion of the site of St. Aidan's community school on which the Brookfield Community Centre has been built. My Department has informed the community centre of this and will be in further contact with them as soon as the draft lease becomes available.
