Question:52 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Justice when he intends to publish the report of the Special Commission set up to examine safety procedures at our major sports stadia, especially in view of the recent incidents that took place at Tolka Park, Dublin 9.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 48 and 52 together. It is expected that the report of the Committee on Public Safety and Crowd Control will be published in the near future.
