Question:119 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he has any proposals to ensure at EC level that the abolition of monetary compensatory amount payments on beef will be deferred from 1 April, 1990 to 1 July, 1990 in order to avoid a slump in cattle prices for this period.
