Vol. 397 No. 9

Written Answers. - Conditions in Dublin House.

Tony Gregory

Question:

286 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the unhealthy conditions experienced by persons (details supplied) in Dublin 1; if the Eastern Health Board has knowledge of the situation; the remedial measures which can be taken in this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

An Eastern Health Board official called to the house in question but was refused admission. The Dublin Corporation Housing Maintenance Department are now being requested to carry out an inspection of the house and to report to the health board any evidence of unhealthy conditions which would warrant their attention.
