Question:345 Tomás Mac Giolla asked the Minister for Education if suitable premises have been found with a view to temporarily accommodating post-primary school classes on Arranmore Island, County Donegal.

Arrangements are being made at present for a visit to Arranmore Island by a senior architect from my Department to inspect buildings which the VEC have recently notified the Department could be used as temporary accommodation for post-primary school purposes. The matter will be considered fully on receipt of the architect's report on the buildings in question.
