Question:106 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in the issuing of Form C2 by the Inspector of Taxes to sub-contractors (details supplied) in County Louth; and when same will issue.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that, following a detailed examination of their claim and subsequent inquiries, the inspector of taxes is now making arrangements for the issue of a sub-contractor's certificate to the applicants.
