Question:42 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Education if she has any plans for the appointment of a remedial teacher, even on a part-time basis, for Broadway national school, County Wexford.
Written Answers. - Appointment of Remedial Teacher.
To date the school in question is not among those to which it has been possible for my Department to allocate the services of a remedial teacher in accordance with its assessment of priority of need.
However, I have recently sanctioned 30 additional remedial teachers in primary schools and will be keeping the appointment of further remedial teachers under review.
