104 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1 who is awaiting a hip operation in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin 9; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I understand that the hospital wrote to the person in question on 19 April 1990 to advise him of an admission date within four weeks.
