Question:60 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes has requested the taxpayer's P60 for the year ending 5 April 1990. On receipt of this form his liability for the year 1989-90 will be reviewed and any tax overdeducted will be refunded to him.
