45 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he has studied the contents of a document relating to the Birmingham Six case which he received recently from a British MP (details supplied); and if he intends to raise the matters contained therein with the British Government.

I have given serious consideration to the material referred to. The matter will be discussed with the British authorities in the context of our ongoing contacts on the Birmingham Six case.
