Question:49 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for the Marine if he is making the necessary financial provision for the restoration work required at Reenard Pier, Caherciveen, County Kerry to enable this pier to be reopened.

Maintenance of Reenard Pier is a matter for Kerry County Council. However, following a further request for assistance from the council I am considering the possibility of providing some aid to enable this pier to be reopened.
