Vol. 398 No. 8

Written Answers. - Development Aid to Cambodia.

Roger T. Garland

Question:

54 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if the question of development aid to Cambodia, from the EC, will be on the agenda for the Development Committee meeting at Dublin Castle on 29 May; and if not, if he would include this item on the agenda.

I understand that development aid to Cambodia is not at present on the agenda of the meeting of the European Parliament's Committee on Development and Co-operation to be held in Dublin Castle from 30 May to 1 June. The Committee itself decides the agenda and it would not be appropriate for me to seek to have changes made in the order of business of another institution of the Community.
