87 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Justice if the query lodged by the Tipperary South Riding County Council regarding the ownership of a piece of land at New Inn, County Tipperary will be dealt with as speedily as possible; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I am informed by the Register of Titles that from the information supplied it has not been possible to trace the query referred to in the question. If the Deputy will let me have the date of lodgment of the query in the Land Registry or any other references which may be available, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
