Question:154 Mr. McCartan asked the Minister for Justice when the full freehold registration of title will be effected in the application of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 13.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that, from the information supplied, it has not been possible to trace the application referred to in the question. If the Deputy will let me have the date of lodgment of the application in the Land Registry and any other references which may be available, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
