Question:

66 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Justice the reason visitors' visas were not issued to two Algerians (details supplied).

Following due consideration, my Department refused to grant entry visas to visit the State to the persons referred to in the question. I am satisfied that this decision was correct and I do not propose to alter it.

67 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Justice when a three month visa will issue to a person (details supplied), who is a citizen of Turkey.

Following due consideration, my Department, on two occasions in the last three weeks, refused to grant an entry visa to visit the State to the person referred to in the question. I am satisfied that these decisions were correct and I do not propose to alter them.
