Vol. 403 No. 4

Written Answers. - Third Level Examinations.

John V. Farrelly

Question:

244 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Education the number of students who failed first year exams in all the third level colleges in the State; the subjects in which these failures occurred; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

The information requested by the Deputy is not available in my Department.

The administration of examinations and any follow-up action required related to failure rates in third level colleges are matters for the individual colleges.
