Question:101 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT refund will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a query has been issued to the person concerned in regard to a certain aspect of his claim. The balance of the claim has been approved for payment and a cheque in settlement will issue to him shortly.
