Question:

140 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice the procedure whereby a person (details supplied) in County Kildare can apply for permission to remain in this country; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The person referred to in the question should report to the registration officer — in this case at Naas Garda station — as required under the Aliens Act, 1935, and the various Aliens Orders thereunder.
