74 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Finance the estimated cost of allowing an increase of (a) £1,000 (b) £2,000 (c) £3,000 in tax relief in respect of PAYE wage earners whose children attend university but who cannot avail of grant assistance under present regulations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
