75 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment the status of legal action taken against the Irish Government in relation to the operation of Rogerstown Tiphead, North County Dublin; and if he has informed Dublin County Council of this action.

My Department are not aware of any legal action against the Government in this matter.
