Vol. 404 No. 2

Written Answers. - Malahide Garda Station.

Nora Owen

Question:

53 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Finance when he proposes to provide a cell in the Malahide Garda station, County Dublin, as the station has been without this facility for a number of years.

A scheme of improvement works, including the provision of two new cells, has been prepared by the Commissioners of Public Works, in consultation with the Garda authorities.

Subject to availability of funds the commissioners intend that tenders will be invited and a contract placed in the New Year.
