Question:54 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Marine if he intends holding a public hearing in relation to an application for the building of a marina in Malahide, County Dublin; and the present status of this application.

I am at present considering the comments which I have received in connection with this project consequent to its advertisement in accordance with the provisions of the Foreshore Act, 1933.
I have not made any decision at this time in relation to the possible holding of a public inquiry.
