Question:280 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice if the Garda station in Leixlip, County Kildare is now operational; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the arrangements for the opening of the new Garda sub-station in Leixlip are nearing completion and that it is expected that the sub-station will open in the next week or so.
