Question:

120 Mrs. Fennell asked the Minister for Finance if he will outline the expenditure in 1990 in his Department on advertising and public relations including bulletins, newsletters, public information and leaflets; and the amount which was paid to external and non-public service consultants.

The expenditure incurred by my Department in 1990 in relation to advertising was £4,174. There was no expenditure made in relation to public relations or to external consultants in this area.
