An application from Dublin Corporation under the remedial works scheme in respect of this estate is being examined and a decision on its eligibility will issue as soon as possible. However, even if the works proposed qualify under the scheme, it would not be possible to designate the project for funding at this stage due to the high level of overall demand and the relative priority accorded to this estate by the corporation.
