80 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Finance when an income tax rebate will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a refund of tax of £1,000.85 for the income tax years 1978-79 and 1980-81 will be issued to the taxpayer within the next ten days.
