86 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in giving sanction to a person (details supplied) in County Louth whose house is next door to the local Garda station to connect to the public sewerage system; and when sanction will issue.

These premises are leased by the Commissioners of Public Works for use as a Garda station. The granting of the permission sought is a matter for the landlord, or his representative, and the local authority.
